As the stars of Matariki rise and the longest night of the year unfolds with solstice, we gather to honour the turning of the season and the light within.
This ceremony is an invitation to align with the celestial rhythms, re-awaken the energy body through breath, mantra, chakra nidra, and sound healing, and to integrate your intention for your next phase, with:
Prāṇāyāma (Breathwork): Gentle breathing techniques to centre the mind and prepare the body for deeper energetic work.
Mantra: Sacred sounds to activate and harmonise the chakras, for inner balance and clarity.
Chakra Nidra: A guided meditation journey through the seven ‘main’ energy centres for deep rest and energetic alignment.
Sound Healing: Immersive sound vibrations from crystal singing bowls and other world instruments to soothe and connect to the deeper self.
Creative Flow Work: A chance to record what is being revealed for you, for your next phase, from an intuitive flow space.
