Sama Shakti: The Power of Sacred Balance is a ceremonial immersion held to restore inner equilibrium at every level: nervous system, energy body, and embodied awareness.
As the external light begins to soften, this gathering invites you to stabilise your inner light - to regulate, recalibrate, and return to centre.
Over two spacious hours, you will be guided through:
Welcome Circle
A grounded arrival to honour the Equinox and to clarify what you are harvesting and what you are ready to lay down.
Prāṇāyāma (Breathwork)
Gentle, regulating breath practices to steady the mind and anchor the body.
Somatic Movement
Slow, gentle movement to release stored tension and invite deeper embodiment.
Yoga Nidra with Sound Healing
A guided journey into deep, conscious rest, supported by immersive sound vibrations to soothe the nervous system and harmonise the subtle body.
Journalling & Closing Circle
Time to integrate insight, anchor intention, and consciously cross the seasonal threshold.
Autumn is a season of refinement and energetic conservation.
