This is a progressive course which builds skills and practice with:
- Functional Breathing 
- Functional Movement 
- Yoga Postures 
- Flowing Yoga Sequences 
- Deep Relaxation 
- PLUS history, anatomy, principles and philosophy of yoga 
Release tension, build resilience and learn to regulate your stress & energy levels, all while gaining strength, flexibility and an awesome group of new, like-minded friends.

*This course is suitable after the acute phase immediately following an injury or operation (often 6 - 8 weeks). If you are unsure, please check with your doctor / physio.
Terms & Conditions
- Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the term start date will be offered a refund minus 20% booking fee, or full transfer to the next term. 
- Cancellations made after 7 days prior to the term start date will be offered 80% transfer to the next term. 
- No cancellations or transfers within 3 days of the term start date, or after the term has started. 
- All practice is done at your own risk, please ensure you do not push yourself, especially if you feel pain. 
- Please stay home if you are unwell.
